Your bones need a diet full of nutrients and minerals, having milk for your bones as a source of vitamin D is not enough. A variety of colorful fruits and vegetables are very important for healthy bones.
• Bananas and nuts are a very good source of potassium, which is excellent to build and preserve bone mass.
• Cleaning your feet at night or giving it a pedicure at home is always a good idea.
• High heels are a girl’s best friend, but they can also cause some serious injuries to your feet as well as your bones.
